Our take on the classic Margarita, built on tequila or mezcal. A sharp and vibrant mix of rhubarb (a British alternative to lime), chinotto, and verjus, poured over ice with a malic acid salt rim. Available to enjoy in the restaurant or to take home for later.
Please note, the bottle can either be collected from Fonda in Mayfair, or added on to a dining experience. If dining in the restaurant, please note, any additional food, drinks, and a 15% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.
