This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.

Gift vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
We regret that it is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
Gift voucher reservations must be booked online in advance, with the gift voucher number quoted in the booking notes.
Reservations are not possible via email.
Purchase of a gift voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation. Reservations are subject to availability.
Gift voucher reservation cancellations are subject to the same cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Any monetary vouchers that have not been used due to the cancellation of a reservation remains valid until used or expired.

A discretionary service charge of 13.5% will be applied to your final bill.

Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where gift vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
